Rules

The staff at 123 Play Centre works hard to maintain the highest quality in cleanliness and safety of all equipment. 123 Play Centre will not take responsibility for any injuries or accidents involving children or their families within the centre. It is your responsibility as the adult carer or parent of the children to ensure their safety at all times. An adult carer or parent must accompany children at all times.

123 Play Centre is not a child care centre. No responsibility or liability is taken for children not supervised by their adult carer or parent. For hygiene reasons and preventing damage to the equipment we kindly request that socks must be worn in the play area at all times by children and parents. No socks! No play!
Rules of Play

1. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 123 Play Centredoes not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.

2. 123 Play Centre’s equipment caters for children up to 11 years of age only.

3. Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.

4. No badges or jewellery are permitted on the playground.

5. No Running. Please ensure children do not run inside the Play Centre.

6. Please remove shoes before entering the play equipment. Socks must be worn at all times.

7. Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area.

8. No play is permitted in front of slide exits.

9. Any accidents or incidents need to be reported to our manager at the time of your visit.

10. Children must go feet first down all slides. No exceptions.

11. 123 Play Centre excepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items

12. No sharp objects may be taken into the play area.

13. It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the system structure.

14. No food, drink or chewing gum should be taken into the play equipment areas.

15. It is forbidden to smoke or play with fire within the play centre.

16. Children who are unwell should not enter the play area.

17. Balls or other objects should not be thrown at each other.

18. Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave.

19. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and well being of the child in
their care and must maintain supervision at all times.

20. In the interest of Health and Safety, please ensure that any food debris which falls on the floor is picked/wiped up as soon as possible. Report any spillages to a member of staff

21. Report all accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of reoccurrence. These will be logged and are an important part of ongoing safety audits.

22. All damages to 123 Play Centre property either accidental or deliberate must be reported to a member of staff.

23. Nappy changing should be conducted in the baby changing room. Place nappies in the correct bins provided.

24. For Health and Safety reasons, only food purchased at 123 Play Centre may be consumed on the premises.

25. Report any behavioural concerns to a member of staff. Don’t attempt to intervene yourself.

123 Play Centre team monitor the play equipment periodically and help maximise your children’s enjoyment from the play experience, they are not a replacement for parental/guardian supervision. Parents/Guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given for the safety of children using the play centre, 123 Play Centre cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment.
